Registration and payment of the club membership subscription is a two-stage process which much be completed every season.

The Game Management System (GMS) is the RFU’s central system, through which players and non-players are registered.

It’s vital that all club members are registered in order to use the facilities and vote for the executive committee members each year at the club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Players, coaches and referees need to be registered on GMS so their training records are maintained, fixtures arranged and results recorded etc

How to become a member, or renew your membership:

1. Annual Affiliation/Re-Affiliation. Register your details or your children’s details. If you are already on the GMS system you will need to validate your email address annually. This process is known as Annual Affiliation/Re-Affiliation.

Brand New members and players, Register on the GMS here and click ‘CREATE NEW ACCOUNT’.
Keep your login credentials safe, you will need them again.

Families who are already members: Login and update your family details and pay for your membership subscriptions here
Don't know your GMS login credentials? Follow the Lost Password procedure on the GMS Login Page or, if that doesn't work, ask your Age Group/Team Admin.

2. Purchasing your club membership. Once registered, members can now purchase their club membership here.
This is separate from your registration and should be done choosing the correct membership here.
