Our U12 Girls Rugby team provides a fun, friendly and supportive environment where girls can learn, develop and enjoy the game of rugby. Sessions focus on building core rugby skills such as passing, tackling, running, evasion and teamwork, while also developing confidence, fitness and friendships. Whether your daughter is completely new to rugby or already has experience, everyone is welcome. Our aim is to help every girl enjoy being part of a team, develop their skills and, most importantly, have fun playing rugby.

Training takes place on a Wednesday night from 6pm.
