Full membership of the club includes free parking whilst using the club.

Members are required to email their registration numbers to ensure their vehicle is exempt to parking@pocklingtonrugbyclub.co.uk

Names will be cross referenced against the paid-up members and then activated.

Other regular users of the club, such as the Friday senior’s lunches, Pocklington Runners, PRITC and The People’s Pantry will be given parking charge exemptions, as will our main sponsors.

The introduction of fees was agreed earlier this year to ensure the car park is well maintained and the public, our users and members have access.

The car parking will be controlled by number plate recognition (ANPR) and people attending the site on club, charity or other business will use the touch screens inside the clubhouse and the office to input their registration number to be exempt from charges.

Payment will be via the Evology Parking App..

Clear signage has been erected around the parking area advising of charges, and how to pay.

The charges will apply from midnight Sunday to midnight Friday and will be £1.40 per hour, up to a maximum of £7 for 24 hours. There is also a weekly charge for those who want to park there all week.

Please note there will be a £100 fine for vehicles parked there without paying or an exemption. This will be reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days. In the case of a dispute, a £20 admin charge will be applied.

The car park will not be open to the general public on Saturdays, Sundays or any dates when special events take place such as the Good Friday Sevens or PockDown. Entry to first team matches will be charged as normal.
