Pocklington junior section also got in on the seven-a-side rugby act on Easter Sunday with a full day of competition at Percy Road and Kilnwick Park.
Sevens hours of action saw tournaments at U13, U14, U15 and U16s levels, and it ended with a keenly contested Under 16s final at Percy Road when Beverley overcame South Yorkshire outfit, Wheatley Hills, 20-5.
The Under 15s title on the back pitch went out of county as Cumbrian tourists, Cumbria Pythons, came out on top of a round-robin competition, with York as the runners up.
At Kilnwick Park, Beverley win the U14s age group with Wetherby the runners up, and York pipped Harrogate for the U13s competition.
