Registration and payment of the club membership subscription is a two-stage process which much be completed every season.

The Game Management System (GMS) is the RFU’s central system, through which players and club players are registered. It’s vital that all club members are registered and pay their annual membership fee to use the facilities and vote for the executive committee members each year at the club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Players, coaches and referees need to be registered so their training records are maintained, fixtures arranged and results recorded etc.
